Merchandise Design

& Sales

Designed graphics, sourced and ordered products, and fulfilled more than 400 online merchandise orders in 2020 and 1,400 in 7 months of the 2021 season. Developed an efficient shipping system for online merchandise orders. Conducted market research on top sports merchandise trends to ensure successful sell-through of merchandise for Fort Wayne FC.

Graphic Design and Advertisement

Designed seasonal apparel and merchandise for semi-professional sports team’s fans; established the team’s first merchandise line of cohesive yet varying designs. Managed, edited, and guided student designer in the creation of 11 different game day sports programs in which 5,000 copies were printed and passed out to fans. 

Designed informational flyers for Meister Cook’s trade show booth to promote their products to restaurant owners.

International Sourcing and Communications

Researched international suppliers and manufacturers to produce products from custom keychains and stickers to fan flags and sports bags. Communicated with suppliers desired quality, specs, and pricing for more than two dozen mass orders.

In addition to products, sourced custom services through Fiverr.com that included the creation of logos and stickers, product videos, product packaging, and GIFs.

Experienced in creating online social media content for engagement and awareness along with product promotions to increase product and ticket sales. Marketing & Media Planning

Through social media post curating and management, generated 500,000 impressions and $20,000 revenue for holiday merchandise sales through Facebook ads. Worked with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement game day promotions, drink deals, merchandise sales and seasonal promotions through social media to increase attendance and shop sales.

Evaluated, hired, trained and managed more than 30 Sports Management students from local colleges and universities for game day operations in the 2021 soccer season of Fort Wayne FC.

Final Cut Pro

Promotional Production

Entered the Purdue University sponsored, "Why I Love Purdue Libraries" video competition and created a unique promotional video that featured the library's best qualities adhering to students' interests. Utilized drones and Final Cut Pro video editing software. Completed the content and voiceover for the production and was awarded first place with a $1,000 prize.

Entrepreneurship

Inspired by the experience of working in the family business of Meister Cook, LLC., the online Amazon brand, ProNurse was born. Designed and branded ProNurse products, which generated sales of 1,000 units in the first nine months of online business. Created a niche for marketing and selling fashionable safety goggles to healthcare workers online through the Amazon platform.

Created websites on Wix, Shopify, and Squarespace platforms. Starting with the vision and concept, created an online shop for a semi-professional sports team and managed all aspects, including listing photos, copy, shipping, fulfillment process and procedures, and customer service.
